How could I leave you in the lerch. I should have commented earlier. Hey, the idea for the new book sounds great. This must be a nostalga trip to write such a book. I look back at the 1960s and where I was, I remember my buddies were all into music. We were junior hippies. We all sang folk songs and thought we could change the world. It turned out the world changes us - Vietnam, the Me-generation, Wall Street thieves. My best friends over the years were the ones I met in the military. The bond of common cause and facing life's dangerous jobs pulls you together. That's the way guys do it. It will be fun to see how your four girls do itl
